US Update: June 4, 2020
As the country slowly starts to ease restrictions, we know it is important to provide customers and partners with a transparent update on how we are responding. Ensuring the safety of our employees and their families is our top priority, which in turn protects our customers. We are committed to providing our customers with a service level they are accustomed to and have a clear understanding of what to expect going forward.
Up to now:
We have continued throughout this crisis to be fully operational with no incidents of COVID-19. Our fast planning back in early March to COVID-19 enabled us to adapt to the changing environment. Fortunately, our Clearwater offices in Florida were well prepared to work remotely given our Hurricane Preparedness plans and we were able to quickly transition to “work-from-home” format.
In our manufacturing and logistics center in Huntington Beach, CA we added multiple shifts for social distancing and provided protective equipment for our employees. These measures, together with an employee commitment to practice social distancing and taking the CDC recommended precautions, ensured the safety of our employees, partners and customers.
What is next?
As customers and institutions implement strategies to open, Vispero is stepping up our commitment to ongoing safety measures. Vispero will conduct demos and visits by appointment only. We are providing increased protection for our employees and partners with Personal Protection (PPE) Kits that include gloves, masks, face shields, gowns, and hand sanitizer.
As part of this safety measure, Vispero is also providing cleaning and disinfecting equipment guidelines and materials to partners to ensure maximum protection as the restrictions begin to relax.
We will continue to monitor the situation and adapt as necessary to ensure we are doing what is best for our employees and partners. As always, we appreciate your business and your continued support.

US Update: March 17, 2020
As COVID-19 (the coronavirus) continues to impact the global community, we know it is important to provide customers and partners with a transparent update on how we are responding to the outbreak. Ensuring the safety of our employees and their families is our top priority which in turn protects our customers. We are committed to providing our customers with a service level they are accustomed to receiving from us and that they have a clear understanding of what to expect as outlined below.
- Business Continuity: We are continuing our business operations in a responsible way. Vispero has operated with a strong workforce for years and is fully set up to continue operations remotely in accordance with recommended health guidelines with minimal disruption. Our customers will continue to receive similar levels of communication and service they have come to expect.
- Business Travel: We are pausing all business travel to customer locations for onsite activities until further notice. We will be converting those meetings to virtual meetings using conference and video calls. We are monitoring the situation and will return to normal travel operations when guidance allows. Where feasible, we will offer options to convert onsite services to digital or remote delivery and will be communicating individually if this applies to your account.
- Events & Conferences: We have canceled our onsite participation at conferences, tradeshows, and events until conditions support a return to those operations. We don’t know how long this outbreak will last and will return to our normal presence when it is safe to do so. In the interim, we will provide digital delivery of any webinars or other content so that you may continue to get value from our participation.
- Communications: We will provide transparency through this process. Because we are continuing business operations in our remote capacity, you may continue to reach out to your usual business contact and expect similar response times. With many school closings, some of our employees do have families in self-quarantine at home and may result in hearing children and families in the background.
Please be assured that we are continually reviewing the situation and adapting as necessary to ensure we are doing what is best for our employees and the business. We will continue to provide updates as the situation is constantly changing. Thank you for your business and continued support.
